Superstar Mode Player name is flagged as inappropriate

I exported my road to glory player into madden, but when I go into superstar mode My player name is flagged. When I click ok the same alert keeps popping up and wont go away. This is extremely annoying and concerning especially as the game has been out for so long now. My players name is Freddy Manning, so it's not inappropriate at all. I even changed my name and tried it again and it still wont work. If someone could please help me with this problem as I am trying to give madden another chance, but it seems as if the bugs and issues just keep piling on.
