Superstar Mode skill points missing after purchase.

I recently purchased madden points for a CB player in superstar mode, upgrading the player to max level 60 and the skill points are missing. My player is literally stuck at an overall of 65 even though I am at level 60.  As you can see in the photo, no points are applied, the level is 60 and I have 0 skill points (SP). I definitely feel robbed of $100 dollars and am no longer able to play as a CB in superstar mode.
