Superstar mode won't load

Question

When I first purchased this game sometimes Superstar mode would work and then sometimes it wouldn't. Now it won't load 100% of the time. It's been 8 days since it worked. I can load the game and select Superstar. That loads fine but when I click on "the league" it acts like it is going to load and then just goes back to the main screen. I have rebooted everything, and tried a bunch of things I found on Google. It really sucks to buy a game and it being totally unplayable. How can I get a hold of an actual EA person to figure out what is wrong?

@everyone the new player card are bugging everyone. make sure your playercard is completely empty.

badges
and even rank icon set to off. i believe this might be the biggest issue. Thank me later

I have never used my players card. I just checked and everything is default. I'm giving up and going to delete this game. It is really sad that they don't have to be accountable for the crap they put out. It would be nice to at least be able to voice my frustration to someone there. I definitely will not buy another EA game.
