Superstar Play a Friend Bug

Everytime I go to play a friend 3v3 it pops up an error code and kicks me out. This only started happening after I made a QB so I tried to delete my level 28 Qb and it still doesn’t work, I’ve also tried deleting the game, restoring license, downloading data, etc.
