Team Builder saying logged in to two accounts

I have been trying to create a team for a couple of days but the uniforms and stadium wont load. I have tried to ask support but they haven’t gotten back yet. I tried to switch my browser and log in but it didn’t work so I signed out. Now when I try to go on it, it says “sorry this account is currently logged in elsewhere” and I have checked other devices and nothing is. Can someone help please?
