Team unusable in CFM
I had a user get his EA account “reset” & now the team he had can’t be used by anyone. No one can play them, trade with them. Nothing. Has anyone ever encountered this? If so, what’s the fix?

Have had this issue all season. unable to get any help through EA chat. EA_AgentX EA_Bogdan EA_Gordo AnkitisonFire Ranjan2401 is there anything that we can do to solve this issue? in the screenshot you'll see the tampa bay bucs as blacked out, and their team info as grey'd out. The user had updated his EA account name, then this happened. User has unlinked his EA account hoping that would solve the issue, but no change.
