TEAMBUILDER ISSUES (HELMET and FIELD)

The chrome finish on the helmet decal does not work, it shows perfect on the website then in the game it switches to “glossy” it looks like.
additionally “turf” does not work as an option on the field.
I’ve seen quite a few people with the same issues.
any shot at fixing that?

The team builder issues have not been resolved. Additionally, the shiny finish for the helmet still shows up as matte and the front and back bumper colors, and the chinstrap colors are always the same color as the helmet. Will this be resolved in madden 26?
