"There was an error retrieving the data" Madden 25

I can't upgrade my character in fotf because every time I try to upgrade it, it says "there was an error retrieving the data, please try again later". Also, every time I launch the game it says: erro...

I reinstalled it and now fotf is working but I'm still getting the error message when I first launch the game.
