Unable to use roster update in Franchise Mode

OD3412 Wanted to follow up on this one. When you try to download the roster update what happens? If you get an error can you attach a screenshot of that error?

Here are a few instances of other users dealing with the same issue throughout all platforms, any thoughts on how this can be fixed and we can use the most recent (and best) rosters of the year when starting up a new franchise? EA_Shepard
