Updating a TeamBuilder team for in-progress franchise

So apparently in the early days of CFB25, if you updated a team on the TeamBuilder site that you had already started a Dynasty with, the uniforms in that Dynasty would update.  This apparently broke ...

@EA_Kent you’re the only one who seems to be active on this forum, can you please confirm one way or the other if it’s supposed to be possible to update a team after a franchise has been started with that team? It apparently worked in CFB until a recent patch and I just want to know if this was how it was supposed to be or if it was never supposed to be that way.

    if updating a TeamBuilder team for an already in-progress franchise is ever going to be possible

    Also if adding a new team via Relocation could be added because seriously how is that not a thing?!
