When will real rosters be updated and available?

Why haven't we gotten updated rosters with all of a team's players? There's a few missing from Buffalo, ie Joe Andreessen, Ja'Marcus Ingram... etc. (Problem in offline and online franchise) Also why...

They need to change the Rules for player max. and IR Rules, Practice Squad Rules too. 

The Week 1 Franchise Update will certainly include BJoe and Ingram but not the rules for elevate and promote. 

I hope EA read this and take care of this. i hope it but i don´t think so.
