Whole team tired qb won’t upgrade

This game is absolutely **bleep** my whole team is tired for no **bleep**ing reason, the qb won’t upgrade cuz it says I don’t have enough points and I do, and EA charges too much for absolute garbage…. This is some bull **bleep** and now I can’t get a hold of anybody
