Why is there no response or fixes for Teambuilder?

I am not sure what is happening with Madden right now, I do not know what everyone's day to day tasks are, I also do not know anyone's schedules.  But what I do know is that this company advertised this mode to us as a "back of the box" feature and there has been literally nothing done to this site to improve it, no response on any issues that I see repeated multiple times in this forum and no announcement of an update or additions coming soon in an update.  What is the deal?

CFB 25 launched well before Madden 25 and before Madden 25 even dropped there were a couple updates and announcements made to help improve their site.  Then Madden 25 drops and it doesn't even match what CFB 25 has.  How is that possible or okay with whoever is in charge of things?

-CFB 25 gets 10 uploads, Madden gets 5

-CFB 25 has multiple jersey makers to choose from and we get one (yes I know this is definitely a contracted thing that can not be avoided).  BUT why do we have so many fewer options for number choices on jerseys? Why weren't those extra resources used to add more stripe or jersey customization options for us to use? Why do some of the number fonts not even work?

-CFB 25 gets 4 different options for helmet material or finish, Madden gets 2 that don't work properly

-You can not use true black or white on your creations with out it glitching out in game

-I cant change the color of the chin strap, cup, front bumper or back bumper because it defaults to whatever the color of your helmet is.

-There is no "default" option for material to use so if you do end up adding something you created for a shoulder stripe or pant stripe it ends up being glossy or you have to make it matte

-putting it twice because it is deserved, the jersey and pant options we get for stripes and shoulder accessories is horrible and do not allow users to truly get creative with the builds (we would get creative more if there were more than 5 slots to use for uploading)

I could probably go on and find more issues or glitches with this site but I think my point has been made.  Feel free to add to my list here if you think of something else that I forgot to mention in there.  If you are reading this right now and are an employee of this game/company I hope that you send this to someone that can actually fix it.  Honestly I would even respect a response saying "sorry, this is not something we can fix" but I know that I will not hear anything because that is what we have all gotten used to.  This will sit here along with the other 100 issues that people TAKE THE TIME OUT OF THEIR DAY to alert you to that just get ignored.  I am so happy to be a Madden player.
