Young DBs regressing at the end of season

In my two of my 32 Man Sim Leagues, we have noticed young players (under 26) regressing at the end of the season.

Young players such as Malik Mustapha (22 years old now 23 after ending the season), Kyle Hamilton (23 years old, now 24 after ending the season), losing physical attributes as well as skill attributes. usually, regression doesn't happen until a player is around 28. And these arent guys who are sitting on the bench. guys who are playing all season.

This has to be a bug correct? any resolution here?

Having the same issue. We tried lowering the regression slider for SS and FS positions that were being impacted and it didn't work. Seems to be a bug. Not sure how or where to report it.
