Franchise Broken? How to ger a refund

Cant save any changes in Franchise mode. I have a created player and nothing can be saved at all? How Pathetic give me my money back ASAP PIGS. cant edit contract, factors, nothing? Whats the purpose of releasing the game if you cant play it? I only olay franchise mode how pathetic that i wasted money i cant even play in the weekend what disgusting pigs man.
