Franchise Deleting created players!!

Really EA every franchise I’ve ever played in madden and I’ve been playing since madden 05 I’ve been able to use my created player. Tell me why this year I load in a created player I play one game or I back out to check something then come back in and my created player is gone. Why can’t I use my created player and you can’t adjust his player development! Never had this problem in any madden till now, what if I want to add players from the past and use them in franchise now I can’t!
