Franchise sucks and EA has no accountability to their customers

I’ll try and keep this short and sweet. I asked Chat GPT how I could send a complaint and they said this was the best way so here it goes. That guy who said EA should be embarrassed is spot, the only problem is they aren’t. The game is completely broken in almost every regard. The current progression system is incredibly predictable, creates no busts and in a meter of years will multiply the number of 80+ ovr players in many cases by more than 2x. How am I supposed to have fun when every team has a good QB. How will my team ever fall into rebuild if I never struggle to fill positional depth. How will I have fun if my team is always good and it’s like I would have to just cut my good players to make it competitive. Oh wait they though and decided to just make player overalls not matter again so then the team at progression is broken just doesn’t matter right because you’ll still have a terrible defense even if all your personnel is 90+ if you use the wrong playbook. Like why tf aren’t 90+ ovr tight ends a major target in every playbook. Now onto the next because there’s no way anybody tested TS because if they did they probably would have noticed the ridiculous contracts and the teams that are signing two max QBs. Or maybe they would have noticed how broken the sim engine is or that players are retiring at times that make no sense. Or maybe they would have just felt how boring and predictable it’s gotten. All in all this feels the biggest scam of a game that I’ve ever bought or played. I know there are people at EA who care and want to fix these issues and idk why they aren’t getting the opportunity to do so. That being said we as community have been giving yall the benefit of the doubt since basically before Covid and every year you reaffirm that you don’t care about franchise when boot up the game and it has the same issues it has had for prolly 5 yrs now. MUT is pay to win and it’s gonna be that way in superstar mode too, not to mention it holds all the same issues as well as it just runs on the franchise engine with minor modifications. When I spend my $60+ on the game and the only mode I can play without a paywall is just consistently neglected it starts to feel like a full on money grab cause I ain’t playing MUT. Just fix ts yall are making billions I’m guessing off of the backs of hard working people all over the world, people who cook for you at the restaurants you enjoy and people who wake up make nothing compared to what yall make and still treat the people they may encounter with 10x the respect that you do your gamers
