Game/system crash

I can’t get more than 15 minutes into a franchise game before it crashes my system. No other game does this that I play. I tried all of the tips and work arounds and nothing seems to even help. Sept. 3rd update did nothing to address the issue. Are there ways to get a refund for a game that doesn’t work how it’s supposed to?
