FIX THE GAME FROM CRASHING!! Franchise is unplayable. Can’t get a refund for a broken game. Been a madden fan for years now but if there is no fix soon I won’t be buying this game again. Hopefully 2k will get some type of licensing agreement and make something that football fans really want.
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that but it’s still crashing my system. Just not sure what to do at this point, I guess I’ll have to wait for an update. All my other games run fine with no issues.

I think i’ve found a fix to those franchises that crash when trying to advance a week.
Highlight the Madden tile on your home screen, press the Menu button (three lines), select Manage game and add-ons, navigate to Saved Data, and delete the Reserved Space file.
go back to your franchise, and it loads up fine. i have a feeling i’ll have to do this each time i advance a week, but it looks like this saves your stuck franchises.
Same here. Preordered the game in a bundle with CFB and haven’t been able to play madden since release. It will not let me advance past week 1 of the preseason. The most ridiculous and frustrating bug I’ve ever seen in a game hands down. No idea how they allowed this garbage to be released. Ea is the absolute worst. I hope someone else will get the NFL license because I can’t buy this game anymore.
