Missing preorder points

It genuinely amazes me how a company can fail this hard while being handed everything they want. I was able to make franchise before and them manage to break the preorder franchise points in an update, the nfl needs to not renew the exclusivity contract they have with EA because this is ridiculous and might actually cause EA to create a good game again.
