Franchise Mode fixes needed please

We have some contract updates done lately but they aren't enough. We need to be able to initiate contract extensions with players and not just wait for them. I understand the persona DNA stuff but it is a problem nit being able to initiate. My son had traded everything in our franchise to get jaxson dart. Thats his favorite qb, he lost him and all of those draft picks because he never initiated a contract negotiations. That is a problem for me. In the real nfl teams have the option of initiating contract talks and the player can deny if they chose. Also only having 5 options for each player when doing the negotiations is also a problem. If we are to have real full control all options should be available. Maybe through a drop down menu or something. If the players dont like what we chose they can deny. But I have had times where the only options was more money. I couldn't even cut off negotiations. I could go on forever but the last thing I'll bring up is the team builder teams being called Chicago during games. I know they cant say team names or cities. I get that but both the commentary and stadium announcers calling the team Chicago is horrible. Especially when you consider this was a problem last year also. And if its fixed we shouldn't have to start a new franchise to get it fixed. I was 10 seasons in last year. Thats ridiculous. Please respond and take these suggestions seriously. Thank you
