Penalties in Franchise

I feel like the penalties in franchise happen more to the user than the cpu. I can run 25 yards back and down to the right with my QB and I will get intentional grounding, but the cpu will do the same thing, but just drop back 5 yard straight back, still in the box and get no flag for intentional grounding. I have also noticed that they hardly get roughing the passer and I got smacked maybe 5 minutes ago by an edge rusher probably 3 seconds after the ball was long gone. Holding calls I have seen not happening much on either the human or cpu, its pretty bad as well. Also, even with the speed threshold set properly, 82 speed linebackers are keeping up with my 95 speed receiver, we just need to do better. I like the game regardless, but the penalties and the lack of players out speeding low speed opponents is just annoying.
