staff loadout claiming to be full when its not

its the start of preseason & i want to place the coach abilities for additional rookie snaps & xp boost but OF COURSE this game doesn't let me put them into the open slots i have available. 

when these abilities ONLY MATTER FOR TRAINING CAMP. but of course, i wont be able to use them until the game randomly decides to allow me to use the feature thats IN THE GAME. 

this is like my 3829362nd time posting about these ridiculous bugs & problems in this game that SHOULD NOT BE A THING. like yall seriously just push this slop out to us & take half a year to fix them. & you wonder why ppl talk down on this company how they do.. yall really dont care about making a good product. 

i understand that bugs can occur & all that, but there's NO REASON that these numerous & various amounts of game breaking stuff like this shouldnt be fixed in a short period of time. yall have zero urgency to AT LEAST fix a game that shouldn't have been broken.. especially for those of us who payed extra to play earlier. 

this is beyond sad. yall should be ashamed of yourselves.
