Superstar character gone

I logged into madden 27 on my pc through steam today and when I went to go start up my superstar character it wasn't there anymore of a sudden. It was the first time in about a week I logged into play and I havent deleted any files or anything and I was connected to ea servers and it was gone. Is it because of the recent updates or something?

    Also please in any future updated for madden 27 on pc can help with offense getting holding calls? I've played probably 5 games this week in superstar mode and every time I go to disengage a block from the offense as a edge player they continue to hold me for at least 5 yards and I can never disengage no matter how many times I hit the button to.
