Can someone from EA just acknowledge this one single time in 3 years

Jersey selections for Online H2H not working correctly since Madden 25. Look back at any of my over 100 posts/comments about it dating back to August 2024. I’m not writing it again.

Never, not even once in 3 full years has any moderator here shown the slightest courtesy of dignifying me with a response nonetheless an acknowledgement of this.

Even if I go to EAs main site to file a missing content report, all roads lead to the same BS customer support script of someone saying they are sorry for this and they are passing along the information to the appropriate people to get this fixed. The case gets closed with a ‘resolved’ designation and once again it is swept under the rug.

You guys have promoted the ‘rivalries’ uniforms being available recently and they don’t even work in addition to every single jersey option in Online H2H for every single team. 

On a basic level why cant someone do something that takes literally the least amount of effort humanely possible and just say that they are aware of this just one single damned time here in 3 full years.

its not like I’m asking you guys to fix it because that is even less likely than someone at EA  pretending to help in this forum.
