Can't play my ultimate team locked out

Is anybody else having the problem? I am, and if so, has anybody heard, when it may be able to be fixed and anybody has any tips that may be able to bypass glitch, I purchase  Season.\n 2 premium passed yesterday. Then last night and today will not let me go into my ultimate team unless I repurchase premium pass and even though ea confirmed I purchased it, they  Still couldn't do anything to fix it.
