Captain patch superstar

Can anyone reply and help I’ve made abt 5 qbs natural team selection jets cards and browns beat the captain quest for the cutscene sometimes multiple years and MVPs in all with some super bowls but the captain patch never appears for me not even in depth chart on an eligible team and done everything should i not import my ncaa qb and my friend got it year 2 so im confused and need helpers
