CPU pass & route "hot-route" tells the USER it's a pass...

I like that the CPU can hot route and set pass protection. The problem: Whenever this occurs, it's a 100% certainty it will be a pass play...

Allow the CPU to 'fake' hot route or set pass pro, when it's a run. This will remove the 'tell' by the CPU that it's a pass play.
