CPU runs clock instead of spiking/kicking game-winning FG in OT

0:21 left in OT, franchise mode - which means it can end in a tie.

Browns have zero timeouts and the ball is on the Steelers' 29 yard yard line, easily within scoring range.  Cleveland run the ball and gets a great gain down the 15 - clock is running.  Rather than running to the line and spiking the ball, they decide to trot the kicker out but seem unaware of the auto-clock runoff (20 second runoff) that will surely end the game before they can kick.

Sure enough, the clock expires and the game ends in a tie. Video attached.

Platform: PC  |  Game mode: Franchise  | Game Difficulty: All-Madden, 11-minute quarters accelerated clock to 16 seconds per play.

Like CPU roster management, CPU decision making is poor also
