Deleting Free Agent Group?

Last year I made the mistake of creating all-time great players for a fantasy-style draft that should have had almost 1,700 players, past and present. But after I spent hours creating the first 240 or so, the game wouldn't allow me to create any more. That's when I realized there's a limit to how many players can be in the database, at least on the PS5. Had I been able to delete the free agents who were sitting out there hoping to be signed, or those I cut from each team, I would have completed the project and would be playing my league by now.

Does (or will) Madden 27 have the option to delete free agents to create space for created players? Or will there be more space for created players so that I can load all 32 teams with mostly all-time greats? If so, I'd be happy to upload the finished project to the vault (or whatever it's called; sorry, I haven't played in a while), so others can enjoy it as well. Thanks!
