Does any know how to request a refund?

Help Please.  

Superstar mode crashes every 10 minutes and I get an error message saying “ You have lost connection to the EA Servers. Scores and stats from this game will not be recorded. See www.ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information.” I will NEVER buy Madden or CFB again.

I’m pretty sure they’ll blame the user’s internet connection when it’s clear the game is incomplete and no other game crashes

    That will just depend on which platform you play on and where the game was purchased. If you purchased it directly through the Xbox store, it would be best to reach out to Xbox support directly. If that was purchased through another retailer, you'd need to check back with them about returns or refunds instead.
