Emergency

On MUT, I applied one or two upgrade tokens to a player and then removed them when I decided I'd like to apply them to a different player - but then the upgrade tokens completely disappeared from everywhere including the binder

I reached out to EA via a Chat with "Akram" and he was hopelessly unhelpful and rude and then he abruptly ended the chat.

Now when I log into Madden 27 on my PS5, all of my MUT progress is gone and so is the real money I spent making in-game purchases.  Please help ASAP!!!
