Missing Pre-Order Staff Points

AndrewHill12​ Hey, so support can't do anything about these points. It's been raised to the team. Due to the way these points work, they have to be reviewed by the studio team not support as they dont really have access to those points.

I sent over a message and if you happen to see more folks just tag me with the thread so we can add them to the notes.

Edit: after the Update we have the same issue. 

Same here, reinstalled the Game on PS5. Same issue. I think it is since the last title update. Maybe it will be fixed with todays update. 

Thanks for responding. Yes I’ve toggled on and off many times and still no fix. I’ve made 5 tickets on ea support and got no answers. Thanks for responding I appreciate it.

There's an option to toggle that on and off when setting up a franchise. A lot of people miss this in the settings, and it doesn't get toggled on. If you're toggling it on and still not getting the points then there's definitely a problem, and it'll have to take a number behind all the other host of issues this game is having.
