How to fix SPORTS games

In every sports video game they have attributes/ratings. In every sports game they have added in some sort of dynamic player enhancer/Perks that make those attributes/ratings almost pointless unless the players have that added dynamic on them. So let's get rid of those things like Deadeye Handles Tip Drill Gamechanger Speedy ect. Let's just have regular attributes and makes those actually matter instead of 2 players that are 80s but one is terrible because he has no perks. He's still a professional athlete in the highest of professions but also shouldn't be an 80?! Good day.
