Huddle & pre snap animations

If the starting QB gets injured or subbed out for, the huddle and pre-snap animations still show the starting QB, then switches to the backup QB when you approach the line to snap the ball. As far as I can remember for at least the last 3 editions of the game. How hard is it to fix this?!?🙄
