Madden 27 Frustrating as it is not working

I have had issues with Superstar mode not working on my PS5. I have tried every single method to troubleshoot on my end. EA has not been helpful at all. I preordered the game, and have been unable to play the mode since the 10th. I am beyond frustrated. They told me to post in forums as they have no issues on their end. However, ea claims they are actively working on issues with superstar mode on PlayStation and Xbox servers. I added a screenshot to show EAs terrible response. If there are any moderators who can help please do.
