Madden 27 Startup glitch!

Hey Ea Sports I am here to report a bug or problem that has happened ever since Madden 26 that has been happening to me. So since I got Madden 27 l have been having this problem where when I open the game my screen goes black for a split second then back to normal then I'm stuck on the startup screen where I only see the picture of Caleb williams jumping thing (the cover of the game) and I can hear the intro and music when this happens but I can't see anything I can't play, see, or know what I'm clicking on please fix this I've had this problem since Madden 26 and it's really annoying I can't play the game at all I spent $100 on this game and I don't want to have problems every two seconds so please if you can try and fix this.

Assuming you are on PC, if you generate a Dxdiag report and post that here, we can verify your machine meets the minimum requirements and may be able to suggest some troubleshooting steps.

    Thank you. EA_Barry.
