Madden NFL 27

For the last couple years I get dash boarded everytime I load up Madden or college football. It was happening last year until you guys fixed the issue. Now here is 27 and I'm having the same issue, getting dash boarded every game. It's not my internet or Xbox Madden and College football is the only game that it happens, I don't wanna go as long as I did last year not being able to play.
