Missing pre-order/deluxe edition items

I am missing my pre-order bonuses, Deluxe Edition bonuses, points, and players in Madden NFL 27.  PS5  please help cannot open a case on ea help

    I did try that it wouldn’t allow me to open case I tried submitting multiple times

    Does the bot ever ask if this fixes your issue? If it does, say no and that should give you the option for opening a chat with an advisor.

      EA_Aljo​ yes I’ve done that and all it does is take to form to fill out i click on submit and it brings back to the same screen
