No more holds on aggressive blocking ?

The most recent roster update patch on PC seems to have removed the change mentioned below. Aggressive blocking no longer triggers holding calls, and players can use it freely again. Why was this reverted? I actually liked the added risk of getting holding penalties when using aggressive blocking.
