Play Test Code Worked But Game Not Showing In Library

I was invited to the playtest and was sent a code that I entered into the Xbox Store, and it worked. However, once I clicked confirm and checked my library to install it, it wasn't there. Is there any way you guys could help me resolve this?

    I looked into the replies from Ea of other people having the same problem all I had to do was go to order history and download it from there

    I just seen I had a email from a day or two ago too play madden so I just put the code in the Microsoft store on my Xbox x/s and it said it yours and I have nothing in my library of games my store too download it I searched my Xbox for it and nothing so if anyone could help me I'd truly appreciate it !
