Player Franchise Mode

Is Player Franchise going to be in Madden 27? Me and friends always play it and Superstar has no way of playing with your friends in a career mode.

It was took out after Madden 24.

That’s my friend groups main game mode so am wanting to know before I buy it this year.

I had some hope as in the end of the trailer, Vince Vaughn was playing QB but maybe that was just meant to be a joke.

I agree! Superstar mode is ok but for players who enjoy offline gaming more, having the ability to do so in Franchise mode would be a huge plus.

For now, if you are not seeing a specific option in the official breakdowns, it has not been announced yet.

Have gone through the same experience bro. My friend group and I exclusively have enjoyed player franchise saves over the years (specifically fantasy drafts as QBs) and were shocked to see it removed starting with 25. None of us have even thought about purchasing madden again since then and we've just been going back to 24 to keep doing what we have the most fun with. It really is such a shame that they took features away from franchise in an attempt to funnel players to a newer mode that doesn't have the same co-op capabilities and creative freedom regarding gameplay.
I doubt they'll ever bring it back, but I remember seeing a handful of reddit threads of users feeling the same way back when this whole thing started with the release of 25 - so we're not as niche of a community as I initially thought. Such an unnecessary set of changes to inherently ruin the reason to play for a portion of the player base.
