Question to Anyone at EA

Tell me EA,
Is it wrong to want to be able to play a game that you purchased? 

Is it wrong to come home from a long day at work to play a game without it crashing at least once every single night?

Is it wrong to want the company that you give your hard earned money to be responsive to constant crashing and not blame everyone's systems?

Is it wrong to expect after three years of releases that constantly crash to be released with lessons learned from the previous year?

It must be because you treat your loyal paying customers like they are the problem.
