Still can’t live stream Madden27

Good morning. First off, happy that there's a forum where I can actually get some help because I kind of been struggling a little bit LOL. 

I'm new to the Madden experience and last night I was playing a friend and I tried to stream for the first time ever in my life. The game gave me an error and said " this game doesn't allow live streaming". 

I restarted the game then my system and it still gave me the message. Can anyone assist me?

I had to free up storage and then it started downloading.
