Sunday Ticket

Does anyone have any experience with the promotion they are running? I purchased hoping to get Sunday Ticket promo in my email but have not seen it at Playstation told me they are not in charge of the promotion so they can't help. How long did you wait? Did you ever receive an email? Feels like I got scammed for this promo.
