Thanks for the rip off

Downloaded madden 27. The basic version and oh surprise surprise when I start it it doesn't load.   Thanks for the rip off EA.  THhank you for continuously providing a mediocre at best product and at the same time, beguiling your customers with the promise of improvements.  Like a fool, I bought the game thinking you guys might actually have. Oh, I don't know.Fixed the issues, but instead they've become worse. It's literally day one of the release, and I can't play the game that I spent my hard earned money on. Congratulations!   Makes me almost think that you guys do this on purpose simply to get the money because, you know, there are suckers out there like me who will pay the money
