Trades keep going down for Online CFM

I Have a 32man CFM and we have had trades go down for us twice. Currently sitting in training camp. A couple of users make trades and then boom, all of a sudden when we try to send trades, we get the same error message “Your trade offer could not be submitted at this time. Please try again later.” This happens for every user trying to trade. We’ve checked settings, trades are enabled. We started the lg earlier this week at it happened in that iteration, so we restarted the lg today and it has happened again. We need answers and a fix!
