Community ManagerHi there. Thanks for reaching out. Here are some instructions for downloading the beta:
PS5:
- Search "Madden" in your Library & click on Madden 27
- Navigate to the three dots drop down
- Select "M27 Madden Test Realm" to download
XBOX:
- Go to your order history and select Madden NFL 27 Closed Beta. You should be able to go to the store page and download.
Steam and EA App:
- You should be able to download and install from your library

I have a PS5 code that was emailed to me from EA. I followed the PS5 steps multiple times but nothing is working. How can I download the BETA?

jaismooth13 Did you try the XBOX instructions I posted previously?
When I go to the PS store to download the M27 Test Realm, the only options I show are "wishlist" and "follow".. No download option, also it said I successfully redeemed the code. So not sure what the next steps are as time is ticking to play the Beta.
