Most likely then your code is for a different platform. The email you received should tell you which platform your code was for.

Yes. They've all been sent by now.
Seemed to be an incorrect code for a different platform. I used the prompt provided for a beta tool. I received a new email for another 20 digit code, is that correct length for PS5 Beta code?

PS codes are 12 characters so that would be either a PC or XBOX code. Unfortunately, we can't issue a code for a different platform.
