Where is my madden 27 game
I own the mvp bundle and my madden 27 game is not in my xbox library I'm starting to stress out I spend my money on things I expect the game to be there

I have a questionEA_Shepard I preordered madden 27 mvp edition and downloaded the free trail , when I opened the game I did not receive my 4,600 points or anything that I was told I was going to have from the mvp bundle. But my friend received everything though from his bundle what do I do?

To successfully claim and see the points in your account balance, you must complete the following steps while connected to the EA Servers:
- Launch the Game: Load into Madden NFL 27 on your console or PC [source: 29].
- Log in to Your EA Account: Ensure you are signed in to the same EA Account you used to purchase the MVP Bundle
- Enter Ultimate Team: You must manually select and log into the Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) mode
- Automatic Delivery: Once you enter the MUT menu, the game will sync with EA servers and instantly credit 4,600 points to your Ultimate Team profile.
(Note: If you have purchased the bundle but don't see the points, a simple restart of the game after your first login to MUT will force the server to refresh your wallet balance.
